The Service currently relies on third-party providers including, among others, a cloud database and authentication provider and an email-delivery provider, to operate core functions. These providers process information only as needed to perform services for us. Our use of providers may change as the Service evolves.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Washington My Health My Data Act (to the extent applicable) or other state privacy laws. We will honor rights that apply to you under applicable law.

If you are a property owner and your property appears in the Service based on public records, you may contact us at inquirelands@gmail.com to request that we suppress or remove information associated with your property or that you not receive communications related to your property through the Service. We maintain a suppression process to honor such requests.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
