This Privacy Policy explains how Inquire Lands LLC (“Inquire Lands,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Inquire Lands website and application at inquirelands.com and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

Account information, such as your name and email address when you register.
Inquiry and message content you submit through the Service, including the property you inquire about and any details you choose to include.
Profile information and preferences you choose to provide (for example, whether you are interested as a potential buyer, lessee, or property owner).

Usage data, such as pages or screens viewed, actions taken, approximate location derived from IP address, and timestamps.

Information from public records and third parties

The Service may display property and parcel information derived from public records (such as county assessor data) and third-party data providers. This information concerns property and may include the name of a property owner of record as it appears in public records. We do not control the accuracy of this underlying data.

Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
Create and manage your account and authenticate you.
Route inquiries and messages between users and deliver related notifications.
Send you service-related communications, such as account, security, and transactional notices.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

The Service currently relies on third-party providers including, among others, a cloud database and authentication provider and an email-delivery provider, to operate core functions. These providers process information only as needed to perform services for us. Our use of providers may change as the Service evolves.

5. Your Choices and Rights

Account information: You may review and update your account information by signing in, or by contacting us.
Communications: You may opt out of non-essential communications. We may still send you service-related messages necessary to operate your account.
Access and deletion: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at inquirelands@gmail.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
Cookies: You can usually control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function properly without them.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Washington My Health My Data Act (to the extent applicable) or other state privacy laws. We will honor rights that apply to you under applicable law.

6. Property Owner Information

If you are a property owner and your property appears in the Service based on public records, you may contact us at inquirelands@gmail.com to request that we suppress or remove information associated with your property or that you not receive communications related to your property through the Service. We maintain a suppression process to honor such requests.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls on our database and server-side handling of sensitive credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
